Cubora Reseller Partnership Terms

1. Partnership Model
Cubora welcomes collaboration with resellers worldwide. We offer flexible partnership models, including exclusive or non-exclusive distribution based on region and sales volume.

2. Product Offering
Resellers will have access to the full Cubora product line, with priority for newly released models and best-selling items. We are happy to recommend the most popular models based on current market trends.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum order: At least 2 different models, with a minimum of 5 units per model.

  • First-time resellers will receive guidance on choosing the most in-demand styles.

4. Pricing & Discounts

  • Tiered wholesale pricing based on volume.

  • Special discounts may apply for larger orders or long-term partnerships.

5. Order & Payment Terms

  • Payment: 100% T/T in advance, or 50% deposit + 50% before shipment (based on credit history and order size).

  • Lead time: 7–15 business days depending on stock and customization.

6. Shipping & Logistics

  • Shipping available from our main warehouse in China or our EU warehouse in Germany for faster delivery.

  • Resellers may use their own freight partners if preferred.

7. After-Sales Support & Warranty

  • 2-year warranty on all products.

  • Spare parts are stocked in our EU warehouse to ensure quick replacements.

  • Technical manuals, repair support, and online assistance are provided.

8. Marketing Support

  • High-quality product photos, videos, and promotional content available.

  • Co-branded campaigns can be arranged upon request.

9. Territory Protection (For Exclusive Reseller)

  • Exclusive rights may be granted based on minimum annual sales and marketing commitments.

  • Exclusivity is subject to review if targets are not met.

10. Term & Termination

  • Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Inactivity or breach of terms may lead to termination.
